What do you charge?

All design is charged at £50 per hour.

For wedding stationery design prices, click here.

For all work, 50% of the design fee is required as a deposit prior to scheduling the work. This is payable by via bank transfer or paypal. Details are included in my invoice. The remaining amount is payable upon completion of the project, prior to supply of files or printed goods.

What is the design process?

Once I’m clear on your brief and requirements, I will send you a PDF of visuals, typically with several designs to choose from. For logos, depending on which package you have opted for, you will have a certain amount of amends included in your price. Amends that go beyond the package quote will be charged at £40 p/hour, but discussed with you as and when they occur. Once you are happy with the design, I will send you final proofs for sign off. Once you have authorised these, your job will go to print.

Will you take care of printing as well?

Yes absolutely, if it suits your needs best. I have some brilliant suppliers who time and time again deliver fantastic quality, using the most advanced digital presses on the market, at very friendly prices. I can’t sing their praises enough! If you would prefer to use your own printer, then I will happily supply you print ready files and you’re good to go.

Can I have one of the wedding or social stationery designs on your site?

Yes! Any of the wedding or social stationery designs on the website can be yours – this is often a more cost effective way to go as it involves less design. Some of the designs can be purchased through my price friendly packages.

Do you offer bespoke wedding stationery?

Yes! My passion is creating a brand new look and feel that is customised perfectly to your requirements. Alternatively, any of the designs on the site can be adapted to your information and colour scheme. I also offer a couple of price friendly packages if you need something quick and simple.

What card types do you offer?

A beautiful range of card and paper, ranging from smooth white, to Italian Gesso, Wove and Aquerello – all subtly textured – as well as the most premium Sirio pearlescent stocks on the market.

Can I order less than 50 invitations?

The cost of printing up to 50 items is the same, therefore the minimum charge is for 50 items, however you can order any amount below this if you want to help the trees!

Are envelopes for the invitations included in the price?

Yes, most of the time (depending on the card stock, style of invitation you go for)  envelopes are included in the price.

What shipping method do you use?

I prefer to send all items next day signed for delivery as this carries insurance. I relinquish all liability for orders that are damaged or go missing if you opt for lesser delivery options. Postage will be included on your invoice. The charge for Saturday deliveries is an additional £25. I don’t ship internationally, but am happy to design the artwork and supply print ready files for you to arrange printing at your end.

Can I cancel my job?

You can cancel the job at any point up to print sign off, however your deposit will not be refunded. You will not be liable for any further charges at this point. Once the job has been authorised for print and your remaining invoice settled, you will not be able to cancel the job and will not be entitled to a refund.

What happens if I’m not happy with my printed goods?

In the unlikely event that you’re not entirely happy with the final printed product, and if your concerns about are reasonable, I will arrange a reprint for you. It is important to note that screen colours may differ slightly from the final printed product and it is essential that you throroughly check your final proof before signing it off for print.
